My test on the Hubzilla site (my own server) was not correct. Sorry!

The SVG preview for the browser was not allowed in the admin panel.
Now the inline SVG shows as image in a post, see https://ein-hub-von-vielen.de/channel/einer?mid=b64.aHR0cHM6Ly9laW4taHViLXZvbi12aWVsZW4uZGUvaXRlbS8wNzA2ZDQzZC05N2FjLTQ4ZDktOTdhNC00MzAzMDQxMDEyZDM

There is a server update which will prevent the same thing from happening in the future. Inline doodles will probably not work correctly over ActivityPub any time soon unless the project at the other end decides they want to allow them, as many HTML filters are overly aggressive in what they escape.
